HONOR GEMS !!!

Should have a quest tittle similar to "Elder of Mastery" .Quest will direct you to NCP Elder of Mastery located at Sunstream Immortal Outlook. You receive honor gems by being ranked in the Hall of Excellence (press 'I' in-game) under the Personal Reputation category for each faction. This list updates once a day. You can turn in Honor gems for gear/weapons in Sunstream City.
You should get 1 honor gem each week for a top 500 honor or piety ranking but its seams that is a bug ,, dno for sure.
i was start getting them when i reached top 100 in Lupin honor. Now after i get lv 90 i was starting to get 2 honor gems !
