I will try to make a list with all quests wich are giving taichi pills as reward, most of are event quests :

< everytime of the day >

- 50 taichi Sky Dweller -> sunstream
- 50 taichi Sky Lotus order -> sunstream 25 g fee
- 40 taichi Alliance Career -> sunstream 20 g fee
- 30 taichi Isamu - > sunstream 15 g fee
- 40 taichi Heshanti -> sunstream 20 g fee + its timed
- 50 taichi Mystic Tome -> sunstream 50% chance to get it + 100 merit incense
-100 taichi Guardian Saith -> jadeon Celestial Trial
- 50 taichi Stashkeeper -> jadeon 50 universal coins fee ( mysterious pills quest )
- 25 taichi Nura -> sunstream 15g fee The Donation
- 10 taichi each green quest -> Dispacher in your map
- 30 taichi each red quest -> Dispacher in your map + sometimes has some other great rewards

- 25 taichi Anan -> jadeon 18.00 - 20.00 Crisis
- 25/50 taichi Bopu the Aeon -> jadeon 19.30 - 21.30 Taichi Pills event
- 20 taichi Unknown Scholar -> sunstream 11.50 - 12.00 Surfing Deity realm 15.....10 g fee
- 20 taichi Unknown Scholar -> sunstream 19.20 - 19.30 Deity in the Wild realm 15.....10 g fee
- nn taichi Roaming Fisherman -> sunstream 18.00 - 19.00 Fishing Mastery required Fishing Certificate
